A group of 8 government and media professionals and 3 interpreters from France will be in Kalamazoo as part of the Department of State’s International Visitor Leadership Program in November/December. The group will examine political leadership strategies and communication skills for managing challenges, balancing interests, and promoting bottom-up policy making; along with discussing how public-private partnerships foster political and civic engagement; and investigate decision-making in the formulation of policy.
