A group of eight professionals from Indonesia, including 6 visitors and 2 liaisons will visit Kalamazoo as part of the State Department’s International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP).

Objectives for the visit include exploring U.S. universities as global leaders in research, innovation, and entrepreneurship. They’ll also learn about American best practices in startup incubation and collaborative research in addition to research funding sources and government support for university innovation as well as campus innovation and partnership models that foster entrepreneurship and private sector collaboration.
